Installation & Assembly Policy

At Raytrees, our furniture is designed for convenient installation. Depending on the product value and assembly requirements, products are supplied with either DIY assembly or carpentry assembly.

1. DIY Assembly — Up to ₹5,000

Products priced up to ₹5,000 are provided with DIY assembly instructions.

• The product comes with the required hardware and assembly instructions.

• A step-by-step assembly video may also be provided through a QR code.

• Customers can assemble the product themselves by following the provided instructions.

• If you face any difficulty, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

2. Carpentry Assembly — Above ₹5,000

Products priced above ₹5,000 require carpentry assembly.

• Installation/assembly will be carried out by a carpenter or installation professional.

• The installation team will coordinate with the customer to schedule the service.

• Customers should ensure that the installation area is clean and accessible before the scheduled visit.

For DIY products, customers are requested to follow the provided assembly instructions and video carefully. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, or improper installation may not be covered under the applicable warranty or return policy.
